One Billion Page Views
Is it possible for a Web site to receive 1 billion page views without marketing of any kind? I mean can it happen, sure … there is the Million Dollar Homepage after all. The net is virual.
The story goes that AJ bet a friend £1,000 (that is about $1750) that he could do it. Why not help him out, and keep him in fish and chips or bangers and mash for a month?

There was one major clause, I cannot spend a penny in marketing the website, just me, my laptop and nothing else! We all know I could simply put a refresh tag in and leave my laptop on for a month… so I told him I would get 1 billion unique hits just to prove it can be done!”
something tells me he’s gonna actually do it…wonder how long it will take. the counter has gone up almost 1,000 in the last hour alone. I wonder if he can really be sure they are all unique hits, like he said…but that is your expertise, not mine 🙂
